How can I know which model is right for me?
Good-Laser HH002 is suitable for STEAM education, provides a more advanced and practical educational laser application scheme combined with the application of STEAM education. At the same time, it is especially suitable for the application of personal art creation.

What is the MOQ?
We welcome a trial test first, so let’s say, we don’t have an MOQ request, but we will offer you different discount support for different purchase amounts.
What is the warranty for the good-laser machine?
For all our laser device models, we will provide a unified 12-month warranty. But please note it is 6 months warranty for the laser tube and the lenses are not covered by warranty. Other parts of machinery and equipment are all included in a 12-month warranty.

And we also provide warranty extension service. for the specific extension period and scope, please contact us in detail according to the product model you selected.

PS: The warranty does not cover human damage to the machine and damage caused by wrong and illegal operations.
Can individual laser machine accessories be sold separately?
Yes, if you are familiar with machine accessories, you can purchase them directly, we will arrange the order process for you according to your requirements. you can also contact us first to tell us the details. our after-sales support engineers will provide the suggestion of accessories models for your reference.
I am neither a dealer nor a distributor, I just want to buy one for personal use, can I buy it directly from you?
Normally, we first understand your specific needs and your delivery address. we will transfer your needs to our distributors If there are in your local area.

If there are no distributors in your local area, as the source manufacturer, we can also serve you directly. Our technical and service team will support your product or service demands promptly.
What is your after-sales service support if my machine went wrong?
For simple aging and damaged replacement of conventional accessories, you only need to take a picture and tell us the actual situation, we can arrange the delivery of the accessories within 3 working days. If it is a more complicated situation, we can arrange a local distributor technical engineers to serve you. or our technical team in the manufacturing center to serve you directly.
How to become your distributor/dealer?

Technical Support
After receiving the laser machine, can it be used out of the box? I am not very familiar with laser products, do I need some complicated settings before I can use them?
After you receive the products of our laser cutting machine, you can use them directly. All the Good-Laser machines will go through a trial test before shipping, and all the configurations that need to work normally will be set up, including the optical path. proofreading, lens proofreading, air compression, toolbox configuration, exhaust air filtration system, etc. They are all debugged and tested once, for you to use directly after a simple power-on connection and software installation.
Is it difficult to operate the machine? and how long will it take me to learn to work with the Good-Laser machine?
For more people to enjoy the fun of laser creation with a low threshold through laser cutting equipment of our CO2 product, all our cutting & engraving workflows are following simple and user-friendly principles. Some basic parameters of engraving and cutting will be provided for you to set up. All you need to do is draw on the laser design software and set some simple operating parameters, It usually only takes a few hours to familiarize yourself with the whole process to become proficient in laser cutting creation.

For our industrial-grade laser cutting machine, because of its wider range of applications and materials, it is necessary to combine customers' specific application industries and application materials. Our engineers will provide corresponding detailed operation guidelines according to each customer's application and do one-to-one training.
Why do the whole machine and the accessories have different warranty periods?
Because of the special structure of the laser cutting and engraving machine, the internal parts are used for different functions, especially some consumable parts such as laser lenses, laser tubes, and other glass products. But don't worry about the service life of these spare parts, as long as you follow the correct instructions in the operation manual to use and maintain your laser machine, the normal service life of these parts can generally last 3-4 years or even longer. The appearance machine body is made of special strong steel plates, if it is used normally and without any artificial or other force majeure damage, its service life can be permanent.
What is the maximum power laser machine you can provide?
For low power laser cutting and engraving machines mainly used in individual maker consumer and scientific innovation education applications, we can provide 60-130W laser power machines.
The other direction is low-power laser cutting and engraving machines, which are mainly used in personal makers and scientific innovation education applications. We can provide machines with 60-80W laser power for this product line.

Does your machine have an exhaust gas filter box, do I need to purchase an exhaust gas filter box separately for matching use?
All of our products have come with standard built-in exhaust air filtration systems, that no need to purchase separately, and the exhaust air filtration systems that come with laser engraving and cutting machines are all integrated designs, in that way, no additional occupies more space for a separate filter box as well.

And also, our machine is suitable for other types of air filter box accessories if you have more air filtration needs.
Is there a red dot laser point for orientation and alignment on the laser head?
Yes, These are the standard device for our laser machines.
What is the pixel of your CCD camera on the HH002
The CCD camera comes with the Good-Laser HH002 is 800W pixel 4k resolution. Good-Laser is the first in the industry to use a 4K pixel CCD camera.

The ultra-high-definition pixel is more widely used than the general 500W pixel CCD camera. It can automatically extract cutting contours for printing and embroidery attempts to demonstrate cutting and dial functions. The range of CCD camera functions is 400mm x 220mm. Meanwhile, it can also be used as a monitor. The entire cutting and engraving (scanning) process of the machine can be observed when CCD is connected to a computer and combined with a video or the CCD signal, and the displayable range is 450mm x 240mm.
What is the difference between the laser tubes? Why there are some carbon dioxide laser tubes longer?
For carbon dioxide laser tube, the longer the laser tube can withhold more carbon dioxide energy to support higher carbon dioxide laser power work.
Is there any requirement for adding water to the water cooling tank? Can any water be used?
We will mark in the user manual that you should not use ordinary tap water, pure or distilled water is recommended, as ordinary water contains impurities, which might cause damage to the water tank and reduce the efficiency of the cooling function.
How long time a CO2 laser tube can last?
Usually a laser tube can be used for about 4000 hours if everything is in an appropriate way.
Is your laser device working safely? A laser can cause serious injury to the human body after.
For the industrial-grade laser machine, it needs to be operated by professional technicians who have received strict training and mature skills.
For the low-power wattage carbon dioxide cutting machine, we have taken safe use and safety protection into consideration as our top priority. For example, the Good-Laser HH002 auto-stop feature when the cover and the drawer are opened. With advanced safety protection functions, HH001 also adds more safety warning devices for protection in various operations processing. No harm will cause to the human body under the correct usage.
I want to upgrade the power of the laser tube, can I replace the laser tube with higher power tube by myself?
We don’t recommend that, because the laser tube we configured at the factory is in combination with other matching components. A higher power laser tube can work theoretically, but it will cause serious damage to the laser tube.
If the lens of the CO2 laser cutter is dirty, can I wipe it by myself?
Yes, but please be sure to follow the guidance in the lens cleaning guide to avoid damage to the lens caused by unnecessary wrong operations.
Could you suggest the most suitable software for my laser design works?
CorelDraw and AutoCAD are the most suitable. You can do all the design artwork in these two software, And send the file to the RDWorksV8 to process the cutting and engraving work directly.
Material Compatibility
Which of your machines can cut and carve metal?
All of our industrial-grade laser-cutting machines are used in metal-cutting applications. For the application of more specific metal-type cutting, our technical engineers will recommend the most suitable model for you.

For other CO2 low-power laser machines, engraving on anodized metal and painted metal is supported. But not the bare metal (This laser can only engrave on a few parts of bare metals directly by using the HR attachment at a very low speed).
If you need to engrave on bare metal, we would suggest you use thermark spray.
What is the max cutting thickness with your laser machines?
The cutting thickness of consumer-grade carbon dioxide takes the most commonly used wood board as an example. The maximum cutting thickness of Good-Laser HH001 is 20mm. The maximum cutting thickness of Good-laser HH002 is 15mm.
Can your CO2 laser cutting and engraving machine do 3D engraving?
Yes, The Good-Laser machine supports four working processes including line drawing, cutting, and engraving (Deep engraving and shallow engraving processes. And deep engraving process will make the 3D engraving effect more obvious. You can choose the shallow carving process for laser 3D engraving according to the actual needs)
What kind of material shouldn’t be cut with a laser, even if it can be cut off?
Some materials such as PVC and Vinyl that contain chlorine and other toxic material should never be put on your laser machine, it will release chlorine gas, and the gas is toxic that put your health on a risk situation, it also causes damage to your laser machine.
What about glass material, Can I cut or engrave work on a glass mirror?
Yes and No. for the laser machine model with laser power high than 200W, you can start to cut metals. For the laser machines under the 200W laser power, it’s only suitable for laser engraving works.
What other materials can I use?

If I have a wood material that is thicker than the limited, can I cut it twice to cut it off?
In theory, it is feasible to do so, but we do not recommend it, the effect of one-time cut is the best.
